Welcome back to the Martial Forest blog. Today's post is special as it outlines changes to our posting schedule and upcoming developments. I hope these changes will benefit all readers, viewers, Steven, and myself. Let's dive in!

Due to seasonal, personal, and professional developments, I will not be able to post as frequently. However, I assure you there will be at least one post per week to continue sharing insights on physical training and nutrition science. For now, I will alternate topics each week. With all the projects we're working on behind the scenes (some soon to be revealed), maintaining my usual post quality would require me to slow down, and I don't want to compromise on that. If time permits, I might post more occasionally, but I can't make any promises.

We will be increasing our presence on social media. While we already share conversations on health and wellness, we will introduce new topics, including a podcast series featuring discussions between a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach (myself) and a Mental Health Professional (my sister), which will be posted monthly. We'll also share regular updates on my efforts to build a future homestead, including a new garden plot and a small apple orchard that I aim to transform into a food forest. I've been growing vegetables and herbs in a 10x12 plot at home with decent success, and I'm excited to expand and share this journey with you all as I continue to train and study. Additionally, we'll be sharing more training footage. Join us on FB, IG, and YT...

Behind the scenes, I've been developing three training programs: Growing a Gardener, Foundational Practices of Mindfulness, and The Wilderness Warrior Program-Basic Training. I plan to release these by the end of May, so stay tuned for updates. My goal is to continue developing programs for specific purposes that support various outdoor interests, all of which will be available to members after the members' launch.
In conclusion, while our posting frequency may change, our commitment to providing valuable content remains steadfast. The upcoming developments, including the new podcast series and training programs, aim to enrich your experience and foster a deeper connection within our community. We are excited about the journey ahead, and we encourage you to engage with us on social media as we expand our discussions on health, wellness, and outdoor pursuits. Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to sharing more insights and experiences with you in the weeks to come!
